Today we went to Burke Lake Park for "Arts in the Park" and saw Rocknoceros. Mari and Xavier LOVE their music and we are now the proud owners of three of the their CD's.

Mari is offically a 1st Grader.....

Today was a bittersweet day - Mari's last day of Kindergarten! I was full of emotions and even got teary eyed when I said goodbye to her teachers (Ms. Torrence and Mrs. Baer - we LOVE you both)!!!!

Mari LOVED kindergarten and has made many new friends that hopefully will grow into long lasting friendships!

Girl Scouts has come to end for this year. Mari has really enjoyed Girl Scouts and has made many great friends. Her troop had their end of the year picnic at Lake Accotink Park to celebrate all the fun we had over the past year!

Today is the day that Juan has been waiting for - the start of the 2010 FIFA World Cup!!! To show their support for Mexico, they wore their Mexico gear to school today!

ME: WOW - you do?

X: Yes I do - and then proceeded to fart and laugh!
