Weekend Recap!

The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time outdoors.

We celebrated Tanner's 1st birthday on Saturday afternoon at Lee and Ali's house.

The Birthday Boy!

On Sunday we left the house at 8:30 am and got home at 8:30 pm! Mari, Xavier and I went to the 4-H Festival at Frying Pan Park while Juan went to help Lee build her shed.

At the 4-H Festival we watched horse shows, swine shows, cow milking, saw a lot of different animals, went on a tractor ride, made sand art, bought jewelry, listened to music (Calico Cloggers), ate shaved ice and rode carnival rides. It was a fun time.

A couple of our favorite Swines.
Blueberry Shaved Ice - yummmy.

Mari is so brave and loves all the thrill rides including the one shown below "Super Shot". The "Super Shot" goes up a 100 foot tower and when it gets to the top it automatically drops you down! When I asked Mari if she liked it, she smiled and said "I thought my stomach was going to come out my mouth"!
